What is Maratue?
Maratue is a long-term real estate development. Located in the commune of Puchuncavi, in the Valparaiso Region, it emerges as a comprehensive response to the growing housing challenges of the area.
Seventy percent of the housing units will be for primary residences, prioritizing permanent residents and local families. While 30% will respond to the second-time homeowner segment, focusing on those looking for a space to enjoy, but connected to the environment and the community.
