Maratue is committed to social integration, so it seeks to design an environment where people from different socioeconomic backgrounds can coexist and thrive. This approach reinforces the sense of community and fosters the construction of relationships based on equality and mutual respect.

Aware of the social responsibility involved in a project of this magnitude, we prioritize access to housing for diverse families. In this sense, 70% of the properties contemplated are focused on first-time homeowners. This model not only promotes inclusion, but also provides a response to the current housing challenges experienced by the Valparaiso Region, setting a precedent in equitable urban planning.
